My name is Jonathan Smith.
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Miki, for over 9 years (together for over 14 years) and am blessed to be the father to one daughter, Saki. I am a graduate of Liberty University, having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Religion and am currently a seminary student at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. I have worked jobs ranging from fast food to pastoral ministry to a well-known Silicon Valley tech start-up. In addition to my full-time tech career, being a newly ordained Southern Baptist pastor, and a seminary student, I also do pulpit supply preaching and am a participant of the Ministry Equipping Center at Alpharetta First Baptist Church.
I have been an avid writer since middle school, having started blogging on Xanga, and migrated to writing here along with continued developmental writing in college, seminary, a continuing education class, and professionally. One of my biblical commentary papers has even been used as a guide for other graduate students to follow for a graduate-level Hermeneutics course.
